#100happydays Challenge Complete

Back at the end of May I shared that I was going to embark on the #100happydays challenge starting June 1st.  I was so excited that Karly @ Miss in the Midwest decided to embark on this challenge with me.  And as of Monday September 8th we have officially completed the #100happydays challenge!

The biggest thing that this challenge taught me, is that there is always something to be happy for.  Every single day.  Sometimes you have to look for it, and sometimes it's right in front of your face.  It doesn't matter the size or magnitude, you just have to find it and recognize it.

The best part about completing the challenge with someone is having someone to hold yourself accountable to.  It's just like going to the gym with a friend, if you have plans to meet them you are way more likely to show up then left to your own account!  Karly & I documented our journey on Instagram, go here if you want to check it out!

Yesterday was the first day without the challenge in 100 days and I still found myself reflecting at the end of my day about, "If the challenge was still going, what would I post today?"

Now I challenge YOU to the #100happydays challenge, do you accept?

  1. Yeah girl! I'm so proud of us for making it through. Yesterday was my first day not posting to Instagram, and it just felt weird, but I'm always looking for the silver lining in each day now. I'm so glad that we did this together - you definitely kept me motivated and held me accountable!

  7. I am almost 100% positive that I am over 100 days on this challenge but I keep going. It has made me practice looking for the good even on the bad days. I kind of love it.
